3. Return Eligibility

• Please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging where applicable.
• Damaged, wrong or incomplete items must be reported with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

• Opened or used consumable herbal products (for hygiene and safety reasons), except in case of proven quality/damage issues verified by us.
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines typically take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Razorpay / gateway settlement timelines may additionally apply.
